Wildflowers

This series of drawings was inspired by my flower-loving friend, who lives with her family, a bunch of cats and dogs, and a cockatiel. Her favorite? Daisies. But these are more "my" flowers than hers, as in, they’re the ones I can just step outside and find growing around me. One day, I brought a few home and put them in a vase, but my neighbor (we call her the lunch lady) told me they were poisonous. To this day, I’m not sure if that was true or not, but hey, better safe than sorry. So now, I just leave them in the wild where they belong.
